Happy May the Fourth, otherwise known as Star Wars Day! It is a day of celebrating, decorating and accessorizing to show of one’s love of that beloved Saga.  And for me, finding incredible Star Wars craft ideas is the best best way to celebrate, so I decided to see what I could find to create.  A simple Pinterest search for Star Wars crafts yielded so, so many ideas of things that I couldn’t wait to get started.  I started building up my own Star Wars pinterest board, and have more than 40 craft and DIY projects collected there.  However, I thought I’d show off a few of my favorites here.

15+ Day of the Dead Crafts and Tutorials

I don’t ever remember seeing a lot about Dia de Los Muertos when I was growing up, but these days, I see lots of decorations at Michaels for Day of the Dead crafts with bright and festive skeletons and skulls.  After the Big One’s schools started doing Sugar Skull crafts and activities, and I saw how pretty they were, I thought that maybe a few crafts and treats to celebrate the Day of the Dead would be fun.  They definitely add a bit of color and design into otherwise orange and black Halloween season.  Did you know that Dia de Los Muertos originates in Mexico and the Aztecs?  I didn’t!  I also I didn’t know that the Day of the Dead takes place from November 1st to November 2nd, with the first day having more child-centered focus and the second day having an adult focus.  Regardless on which day you choose to celebrate, there are so many wonderful Day of the Dead Crafts, Snacks and Tutorials that are available on the web.  Here are just a few of them that I found.
